    Yes we do! Ordering via our website is currently available for EU-costumers only, but we're totally up for sending our products a bit more abroad. Just contact us via and we'll reach out to you!
  • I placed my order, what's next?"
    Thanks for placing your order! You'll receive a confirmation email soon. We'll start preparing your order and will sent you another email as soon as it's ready for shipment. Please note that it might take us about 2-4 weeks ro produce your order. When your order is shipped, we will sent you a tracking number in an email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the homepage of the shipping service at any time.
  • Am I able to return my products?
    If for any reason the item is not living up to your expectations, please email us at within 14 days after making your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. During the withdrawal period please treat the product and its packaging with care. Only unpack or use the product as far as necessary in order to be able to assess whether you wish to retain the product. Please send us an email at before you return your item, so we are informed that the item is on its way. Our return address is: Tuinkade 4, 1382XL Weesp, The Netherlands. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Note: shipping costs of returned items, including items for exchange, are at the buyer’s expense and will not be refunded. Shipping costs will also not be refunded for uncollected items and we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
