A stoneware bowl, perfect for soup or ramen. Made out of toffee-coloured stoneware with a matt green glaze on the outside and a transparent liner-glaze on the inside.

If you have placed an order that you wish to change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, but within 24 hours after the order has been made. If for any reason the item is not living up to your expectations, please email us at wankelwerk@gmail.com within 14 days after making your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. During the withdrawal period please treat the product and its packaging with care. Only unpack or use the product as far as necessary in order to be able to assess whether you wish to retain the product. Please send us an email at wankelwerk@gmail.com before you return your item, so we are informed that the item is on its way. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Note: shipping costs of returned items, including items for exchange, are at the buyer’s expense and will not be refunded. Shipping costs will also not be refunded for uncollected items and we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All orders are shipped from our studio in Amsterdam, The Netherlands (Europe). We do our best to ship your order within 5 business days. Please note that pre-orders have a production time of 2-6 weeks and will therefore take longer to ship.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email from us with a track & trace code. With this code you can track the status of your delivery at any time via the website of the relevant carrier. At the moment we only ship within the EU.
The expected delivery time within the Netherlands is 1-3 business days, to other EU countries this is up to 5 business days. Please note: we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as we are dependent on external carriers.
All orders will be shipped to the address you provided at checkout. Changes to the shipping address are not possible once the order has been shipped.
