Small chocolate lump
A small wheel thrown lump, made out of chocolate colored stoneware. To be used as a vase for flowers. The lump can also be used as a candle holder when combined with one of our "hats".
Sizes vary between 7-10 cm, with a diameter of approximately 4-5 cm. The opening has a diameter of approximately 1,5 cm.
If you have placed an order that you wish to change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible, but within 24 hours after the order has been made.
If for any reason the item is not living up to your expectations, please email us at wankelwerk@gmail.com within 14 days after making your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. During the withdrawal period please treat the product and its packaging with care. Only unpack or use the product as far as necessary in order to be able to assess whether you wish to retain the product.
Please send us an email at wankelwerk@gmail.com before you return your item, so we are informed that the item is on its way.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Note: shipping costs of returned items, including items for exchange, are at the buyer’s expense and will not be refunded. Shipping costs will also not be refunded for uncollected items and we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All orders are prepared and shipped from our workshop in Amsterdam, The Netherlands (Europe).
When your order is ready to be shipped, we will sent you a tracking number in an email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the homepage of the shipping service at any time.
Currently, our shipping options are limited to EU-countries only.
Our estimate is that shipping within The Netherlands will take up to 1-3 business days, while shipping to other EU-countries might take up to 5 business days. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
All orders are shipped to your provided address during check out. We will not be able to change the shipping address once the order has been shipped.
